Uefa have fined the Italian Football Association £27,000 for the lack of security which led to crowd disturbances in the Euro 2004 qualifying game between themselves and Wales. Wales lost the match 4-0 as Filippo Inzaghi (pictured below right) scored a hat-trick and Alessandro Del Piero put way a penalty. (Picture from uefa2004.com)

Serbia Montenegro have also been fined because of their fans' racist chanting aimed at the black players in the Wales team.
